  1. 搭售也被称为附带条件交易，即一个销售商要求购买其产品或者服务的买方同时也购买其另一种产品或者服务，并且把买方购买其第二种产品或者服务作为其可以购买第一种产品或者服务的条件。在这种情况下，第一种产品或者服务就是搭售品（tyingproduct），第二种产品或者服务就是被搭售品（tiedproduct）。
