轧染定义 织物浸渍液后受轧辊压力，使染液透入织物并去除余液的染色方法。轧染方法将织物在染液中经过短暂的浸渍后，随即用轧辊轧压，将染液挤入纺织物的组织空隙中，并除去多余的染液，使染料均匀地分布在织物上。染料的上染是 ( 或主要是 ) 在以后诸如汽蒸或焙烘等处理过程中完成的，织物浸在染液里一般只有几秒到几十秒，浸轧后织物上带的染液 ( 通常称轧余率，以干布重的百分率计 ) 不多，在 30%~100% 之间。 ( 合纤 30% 左右，棉 65%~70% 左右，粘胶 90% 左右 ) 。
